It would be much more important for the hon. member to be directing her concerns to the ministers of the B.C. government who seem to be thwarting or short circuiting a very effective and co-operative federal-provincial process (1435 ) Mrs. Jan Brown (Calgary Southeast, Ref.): Mr. Speaker, the welfare reforms in B.C. are not illegal.
