In addition to the arguments against the publication of the voting behaviour of members of the ECB’s Governing Council which have already been presented in my reply to Question D 32, supplementary attention should here be drawn to the fact that under the terms of Article 10.4 of the ESCB Statute the proceedings of the Governing Council of the ECB are confidential.
