Le Parlement européen et le Conseil vont à présent examiner, en vue de leur adoption, les modifications qu'il est proposé d'apporter aux statuts de la BCE en agissant conformément à la procédure législative ordinaire, grâce à une procédure simplifiée qui s'inscrit dans le cadre de l'article 129, paragraphe 3, du traité sur le fonctionnement de l'Union européenne.
The European Parliament and the Council will now consider for adoption the proposed changes to the ECB statute under the ordinary legislative procedure, thanks to a simplified procedure under Article 129(3) of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union.
