La Commission européenne a autorisé, en vertu du règlement communautaire sur les concentrations, le projet d'acquisition de la société française Société du Craqueur de l’Aubette («SCA»), une usine de butadiène établie en France, et des accords correspondants avec la clientèle, par Basell Holdings B.V («Basell»), société néerlandaise productrice de polyoléfines appartenant au groupe américain Access Industries.
The European Commission has cleared under the EU Merger Regulation the proposed acquisition of French undertaking Société du Craqueur de l’Aubette (“SCA”), a butadiene plant located in France, and related customer agreements, by Basell Holdings B.V (“Basell”) of The Netherlands, a polyolefin producer belonging to the Access Industries group of the United States.
