TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

Au vu de cette situation, bien pire que celle des Balkans occidentaux, j’aimerais savoir quand la communauté internationale et la Commission européenne demanderont-elles à un tribunal international de mener une enquête et de statuer sur l’assassinat de dizaines ou de centaines de milliers de personnes en Iraq.
In the light of this situation, which is much worse than the situation in the Western Balkans, I want to know when the international community and the European Commission is going to demand an international tribunal to investigate and judge the killing of tens or hundreds of thousands of people in Iraq.

Quant aux questions les plus fréquemment soulevées, relatives aux Balkans occidentaux, j’aimerais répondre sur des aspects très spécifiques, et tout d’abord sur ceux qui ont trait au fondement juridique de la solution à ce problème.
As regards the most frequently raised questions relating to the situation in the western Balkans, I would like to answer some very specific questions and firstly those relating to the legal foundations of the solution to this problem.

En réponse à la question de M. Papadimoulis, ou plutôt à son avis, j’aimerais souligner qu’il ne fait aucun doute que la perspective européenne des Balkans occidentaux inclut également le Kosovo.
In response to Mr Papadimoulis’ question, that is to say opinion, I would like to stress that there is no doubt that the European perspective for the Western Balkans also includes Kosovo.

– (HU) Avant de commencer, j’aimerais me féliciter du programme ambitieux de la Présidence slovène, qui traite de l’importante cohésion des Balkans occidentaux comme d’une question essentielle pour l’ensemble de l’UE.
– (HU) Before I start, I would like to welcome the ambitious programme of the Slovenian Presidency, which is treating the important cohesion of the Western Balkans as a prominent question for the whole EU.

J’aimerais terminer en invitant la Commission à aider le Monténégro et les autres États des Balkans occidentaux à développer la coopération régionale, essentiellement dans les domaines de l’énergie, des transports et de l’environnement.
I would like to conclude my speech by inviting the Commission to help Montenegro and other Western Balkan states to develop regional cooperation, primarily in the areas of energy, transport and the environment.
