IN-CONTEXT TRANSLATIONS

Where a leasing contract is terminated before expiry of the minimum leasing period without the prior approval of the competent authorities, the lessor shall undertake to repay to the national authorities concerned (for credit to the appropriate fund) that part of the Community aid corresponding to the remainder of the leasing period.
