La Commission a décidé aujourd'hui de clore la procédure en matière d'aides engagée à l'encontre de l'Allemagne au motif que l'entreprise BahnTrans GmbH aurait reçu une aide d'État via sa société mère, Deutsche Bahn AG.
The Commission decided today to close the State aid procedure opened with regard to Germany, concerning possible State aid for the freight forwarding company BahnTrans, received via its mother company Deutsche Bahn AG.
