Definition: Considerable cultural variations occur in the presentation of this disorder, and two main types occur, with substantial overlap. Le requérant soutient qu’en raison de l’invalidité de la décision attaquée, le Conseil ne pouvait pas s’appuyer sur l’article 215, paragraphe 2, TFUE pour édicter le règlement attaqué.
First plea in law, alleging that Article 29 TEU was not a proper legal basis for the contested decision because the complaint made against the applicant did not identify him as an individual having undermined the rule of law or human rights in Ukraine within the meaning of Articles 21(2) and 23 TEU.
