Ce contrat était accompagné d'un contrat supplémentaire, signé le 3 avril 2006, pour la période du 1er janvier 2006 au 31 décembre 2010, qui stipulait les objectifs généraux en matière de passagers à atteindre par Ryanair et la commission de succès payable par So.Ge.A.AL.
Associated with that agreement was a supplemental agreement signed on 3 April 2006 for the period 1 January 2006-31 December 2010, which stipulated the overall passenger targets to be achieved by Ryanair and the success fee payable by So.Ge.A.AL.

6. Dans sa résolution sur la conclusion de l’AII, le Parlement européen considère que «l’accord conclu entre les trois institutions le 4 avril 2006 était le seul compromis possible pour le Parlement, dans les limites des négociations», non sans reconnaître «qu’un certain nombre de déficits subsistent à l’issue des négociations; considère que ceux-ci devraient être traités lors du réexamen de 2008-2009 et, dans la mesure du possible, au cours des procédures budgétaires annuelles».
6. In its resolution on the conclusion of the IIA, the European Parliament stressed that "the agreement reached by the three institutions on 4 April 2006 was the only compromise it could achieve within the magnitude of the negotiations and acknowledged that a number of deficits are still unresolved from the outcome of the negotiations and considered that these deficits should be addressed in the 2008-2009 review and, where possible, in the course of the annual budgetary procedures".

In accordance with points 16 and 17 of the Interinstitutional Agreement of 17 May 2006 between the European Parliament, the Council and the Commission on budgetary discipline and sound financial management (3) on 16 April 2010 the Commission adopted the Communication on the technical adjustment of the financial framework for 2011 in line with movements in GNI, including the adjustment of amounts allocated from funds supporting cohesion to the Member States concerned by divergence between estimated and actual GDP for the period 2007-2009 (4), by which it informed that a positive adjustment is necessary for the Czech Republic of EUR 237 045 801 and for Slovakia of EUR 137 711 534, to be shared in equal amounts in 2011, 2012 and 2013.
