Selon ce scénario, et à condition que les dépenses pour les importations d'énergie soient intégrées dans le budget (comme l'a recommandé le groupe de pilotage au niveau opérationnel Working Level Steering Group - WLSG) [4], le déficit pourrait avoisiner 180 millions de DEM (hors dépenses d'investissement).
Under those assumptions and if expenditure for energy imports are included (as recommended by the Working Level Steering Group (WLSG) [4]) the deficit would be in the order of some DEM 180 million (excluding capital outlays).
