TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

La Commission est donc d'avis que l'UE devrait être considérée comme formant une juridiction unique aux fins de la transposition de la RS VII. Elle propose donc d'appliquer la notion de "virements nationaux" au sens de la RS VII aux transferts intra-UE et celle de "virements internationaux" aux transferts entre l'UE et les pays tiers.
