So I'm asking you, Minister, whether or not you and your department have considered what kind of approach we are going to have in Canada to our income tax system and whether or not you believe that tax reform is basically a necessity before we're going to be able to sustain a fair and equitable system and deliver the kinds of tax cuts that Canadians deserve—which you've stated very clearly.
