In applying the agreements referred to in the first paragraph, Member States shall take into account the fact that the advantages accorded under this Treaty by each Member State form an integral part of the establishment of the Community and are thereby inseparably linked with the creation of common institutions, the conferring of powers upon them and the granting of the same advantages by all the other Member States.

D. whereas lack of a credible financing plan providing long-term and stable financial support would probably lead to higher costs in the longer term, disparity of access to resulting information and benefits for European citizens, and an interruption or even a suspension of the programme and its data provision, and could ultimately mean that the investment made to date has been fruitless and that Europe would lose its independence and technological advancement in this important space infrastructure;

6. La procédure visée au présent article peut également être appliquée dans le cas d'une personne à charge déposant une demande après avoir, conformément à l'article 6, paragraphe 4, du présent article, consenti à ce que son cas soit traité dans le cadre d'une demande faite en son nom. Dans une telle hypothèse, l'examen préliminaire visé au paragraphe 3 du présent article consistera à déterminer s'il existe des éléments de fait se rapportant à la situation de la personne à charge de nature à justifier une demande distincte.
6. The procedure referred to in this Article may also be applicable in the case of a dependant who lodges an application after he/she has, in accordance with Article 6(4), consented to have his/her case be part of an application made on his/her behalf. In this case the preliminary examination referred to in paragraph 3 of this Article will consist of examining whether there are facts relating to the dependant's situation which justify a separate application.

1.1. AFFIRMANT ÉGALEMENT que les droits reconnus par le présent traité de conserver, utiliser, échanger et vendre des semences de ferme et d'autres matériels de multiplication et de participer à la prise de décisions concernant l'utilisation des ressources phytogénétiques pour l'alimentation et l'agriculture ainsi qu'au partage juste et équitable des avantages en découlant sont un élément fondamental de la concrétisation des droits des agriculteurs ainsi que de la promotion des droits des agriculteurs aux niveaux national et international;
AFFIRMING ALSO that the rights recognised in this Treaty to save, use, exchange and sell farm-saved seed and other propagating material, and to participate in decision-making regarding, and in the fair and equitable sharing of the benefits arising from, the use of plant genetic resources for food and agriculture, are fundamental to the realisation of farmers' rights, as well as the promotion of farmers' rights at national and international levels;
