Et je trouve tout à fait extraordinaire de penser que l'on puisse parler d'un texte de loi aussi important, qui normalement fait l'objet d'examens par les ministères, par les comités parlementaires sénatoriaux avant de vraiment aller de l'avant avec ce projet de loi, qu'un projet est rendu ici un peu par l'astuce d'une personne qui, tout en voulant faire la promotion d'une idée valable, n'a pas eu l'occasion, de toute évidence, de réfléchir suffisamment aux conséquences de son projet de loi, sur tout le côté francophone, à tout le moins.
And I find it extraordinary to think that such an important bill, which normally is studied by the departments, and senatorial and parliamentary committees before sent on to the next stages has been brought to this point through the efforts of a person who wanted to promote a valid idea but who dit not, obviously, give sufficient thought to the consequences of this bill for the francophone part of the population.
