Je trouve cette décision bizarre vu que, premièrement, le principal témoin dans cette affaire, la personne qui a fait condamner Patrick Kelly, a admis qu'elle avait menti durant le procès et que, deuxièmement, à la Cour d'appel de l'Ontario, dans un jugement partagé à deux contre un, un juge a conclu que Kelly devrait avoir droit à un nouveau procès.
I find this an odd decision considering that, first, the key witness who convicted Kelly has admitted she lied during the trial, and second, in a split two to one decision of the Ontario Court of Appeal, one judge concluded Kelly should have a new trial.
