Vin produit à partir de raisins récoltés sur le territoire de la République tchèque, qui conviennent pour la production de vin de qualité dans la région spécifique, ou à partir de variétés qui sont prévues dans la liste de variétés dans le règlement d'application; il ne peut être étiqueté qu'avec l'indication géographique fixée par le règlement d'application; pour produire du vin avec indication géographique, seuls peuvent être utilisés les raisins avec lesquels le vin a été produit, dont la teneur en sucre a atteint 14° NM au moins et qui ont été récoltés dans l'unité géographique qui comporte l'indication géographique conformément à ce paragraphe et est conforme aux exigences relatives à la qualité établies par le règlement d'application; l'utilisation du nom d'une autre unité géographique que celle prévue par le règlement d'application est interdite.
Wine produced from the grapes harvested in the Czech Republic territory, which are suitable for quality wine production in the specific region, or from the varieties which are introduced in the list of varieties in the implementing legal regulation, it can be labelled only with the geographical indication laid down by the implementing legal regulation; for producing the wine with geographical indication can be used only the grapes, of which the wine was produced, and whose reached the sugar content 14° NM at least and were harvested in the geographical unit, which bears the geographical indication according to this paragraph and complies with the requirements regarding to the quality laid down by the implementing legal regulation; use of the name of other geographical unit that which is introduced in the implementing legal regulation is banned.

2. En cas d'utilisation du nom d'une unité géographique plus petite que la zone qui est à la base de l'appellation d'origine ou de l'indication géographique, l'aire de l'unité géographique en question est délimitée avec précision.
2. For the use of the name of a smaller geographical unit than the area underlying the designation of origin or geographical indication the area of the geographical unit in question shall be well defined.

En ce qui concerne l'article 60, paragraphe 1, point g), du règlement (CE) no 479/2008, et sans préjudice des articles 55 et 56 du présent règlement, le nom d'une unité géographique et les références d'une zone géographique peuvent figurer uniquement sur les étiquettes des vins bénéficiant d'une appellation d'origine protégée ou d'une indication géographique protégée ou d'une indication géographique d'un pays tiers.

As regards Article 60(1)(g) to Regulation (EC) No 479/2008 and without prejudice to Articles 55 and 56 of this Regulation, the name of a geographical unit and geographical area references may only appear on labels of wines with protected designation of origin or geographical indication or with a geographical indication of a third country.

(29) Registered designations of origin and geographical indications, as well as smaller geographical units than the basic designation of origin or geographical indication, with names that differ from the designation of origin, should enjoy protection against uses which prejudice, damage or unduly take advantage of the reputation that compliant products command.

(29) Il convient de protéger les appellations d’origine et les indications géographiques, de même que les dénominations correspondant à des unités géographiques plus petites que l'appellation d'origine ou l'indication géographique de base et portant un autre nom que l'appellation d'origine, contre toute utilisation de nature à nuire à la réputation associée aux produits répondant aux exigences correspondantes ou visant à profiter abusivement de cette réputation.
(29) Registered designations of origin and geographical indications, as well as smaller geographical units than the basic designation of origin or geographical indication, with names that differ from the designation of origin, should enjoy protection against uses which prejudice, damage or unduly take advantage of the reputation that compliant products command.

b) du nom d'une unité géographique visée au paragraphe 1, lorsque ce vin est issu d'un mélange de raisins, de moûts de raisins, de vins nouveaux encore en fermentation ou, jusqu'au 31 août 2003, de vins originaires de l'unité géographique dont le nom est prévu pour la désignation, avec un produit obtenu dans la même région déterminée mais en dehors de cette unité, à condition que le v.q.p.r.d. concerné soit issu à 85 % au moins de raisins récoltés dans l'unité géographique dont il porte le nom et à condition, en ce qui concerne la dérogation venant à échéance le 31 août 2003, que, avant le 1er septembre 1995, une telle disposition ait été prévue par les dispositions de l'État membre producteur concerné.
(b) the name of a geographical unit as referred to in paragraph 1 where the wine is obtained from a mixture of grapes, grape musts, new wines still in fermentation or, until 31 August 2003, wines originating in the geographical unit the name of which is to be used for the designation with a product obtained in the same specified region but outside that unit, provided that at least 85 % of the quality wine psr concerned is obtained from grapes harvested in the geographical unit the name of which it bears, and provided, in respect of the exception expiring on 31 August 2003, that such an arrangement was allowed by the provisions of the producer Member State concerned before 1 September 1995.
