TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

1. Les fournisseurs de services d'itinérance veillent à ce que, tant avant qu'après la conclusion d'un contrat, leurs clients en itinérance soient tenus correctement informés des prix applicables à l'utilisation des services de données en itinérance réglementés de façon à leur permettre de mieux comprendre les conséquences financières de cette utilisation ainsi que de contrôler et maîtriser leurs dépenses en services de données en itinérance réglementés conformément aux paragraphes 2 et 3.
1. Roaming providers shall ensure that their roaming customers, both before and after the conclusion of a contract, are kept adequately informed of the charges which apply to their use of regulated data roaming services, in ways which facilitate customers' understanding of the financial consequences of such use and permit them to monitor and control their expenditure on regulated data roaming services in accordance with paragraphs 2 and 3.

L’article 2, paragraphe 2, second alinéa, du règlement (UE) no 642/2010 prévoit que le prix à l’intervention à retenir pour le calcul des droits est le prix applicable pendant le mois auquel s’applique le droit à l’importation.

Member States shall ensure that a reasoned and objectively justified decision on the price which may be charged for the medicinal product concerned is adopted and communicated to the applicant within 60 days of the receipt of an application submitted or, where appropriate, of the formal receipt of the marketing authorisation, in accordance with the requirements laid down in the Member State concerned, by the holder of a marketing authorisation.

3. WHEREAS CEREALS MUST NORMALLY BE OFFERED UNDER THE PRICE CONDITIONS RULING IN THE AREA OF STORAGE ; WHEREAS , NEVERTHELESS , IN ORDER TO FACILITATE DISPOSAL AND TO AVOID STORAGE COSTS , IT SHOULD BE POSSIBLE , IN EXCEPTIONAL CASES , TO OFFER THE CEREALS UNDER PRICE CONDITIONS RULING AT A MARKETING CENTRE WHERE THEY ARE NOT STORED ; WHEREAS THE REIMBURSEMENT OF CERTAIN TRANSPORT COSTS IS NEEDED TO ENABLE SUCH SALES OPERATIONS TO TAKE PLACE ;
