IN-CONTEXT TRANSLATIONS

1. La somme des réductions calculées conformément aux articles 24 et 26 exprimée en hectares n’excède pas le nombre total d’hectares de terres arables déterminées, y compris, s’il y a lieu en vertu de l’article 46, paragraphe 2, du règlement (UE) no 1307/2013, les surfaces déterminées visées à l’article 46, paragraphe 2, premier alinéa, points c), d), g) et h), dudit règlement.

The sum of the reductions calculated in accordance with Articles 24 and 26 expressed in hectares shall not exceed the total number of hectares of arable land determined including, if applicable pursuant to Article 46(2) of Regulation (EU) No 1307/2013, the areas determined as referred to in points (c), (d), (g) and (h) of the first subparagraph of Article 46(2) of that Regulation.

4. 4. The payment referred to in paragraph 1 shall be calculated by Member States by multiplying a figure to be set by the Member State which shall not be higher than 65 % of the national or regional average payment per hectare by the number of payment entitlements that the farmer has activated in accordance with Article 35(1), or by the number of eligible hectares declared by the farmer under the single area payment scheme.

3 bis. In Member States applying paragraph 3, when the number of payment entitlements established in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1782/2003 and with Regulation (EC) No 73/2009 which a farmer holds on the date to be set in accordance with point (b) of Article 78 of Regulation (EU) No [.] [HZR] exceeds the number of eligible hectares which the famer declares in his aid application in accordance with point (a) of Article 73(1) of Regulation (EU) No [.][HZR] for 2015 and which are at his disposal on a date fixed by the Member State which shall be no later than the date fixed in that Member State for amending such aid application, the number of payment entitlements exceeding the number of eligible hectares shall expire at that date.
