8. Outre les dispositions des paragraphes 1 et 2 et des articles 51 et 59, et nonobstant ces dispositions, les États membres peuvent, par voie de dispositions légales, autoriser la divulgation de certaines informations à d'autres départements de leurs administrations centrales chargés de la législation concernant la surveillance des établissements de crédit, des établissements financiers, des entreprises d'investissement et des entreprises d'assurance ainsi qu'aux inspecteurs mandatés par ces départements.
8. In addition to and notwithstanding the provisions referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2 and in Articles 51 and 59, Member States may, by virtue of provisions laid down by law, authorise the disclosure of certain information to other departments of their central government administrations responsible for legislation on the supervision of credit institutions, financial institutions, investment firms and insurance undertakings and to inspectors instructed by those departments.

1 bis.
