Non seulement elles sont conscientes du rôle central du développement économique dans la pérennité des communautés francophones, mais elles reconnaissent aussi la place importante qu'occupent les communautés francophones dans le domaine du tourisme et constatent à quel point le patrimoine linguistique et culturel des communautés francophones contribue à l'établissement de liens avec le Québec, la France et d'autres pays francophones.
Not only do they recognize how important economic development is in sustaining francophone communities, they also recognize the francophone community's importance to tourism and appreciate how its linguistic and cultural heritage creates bridges with Quebec, France and other French-speaking countries throughout the world.
