Compte tenu des éléments de preuve fournis par Tuninter et les autorités tunisiennes compétentes en matière de surveillance réglementaire et de la confirmation fournie par l’Italie, il est estimé qu’il est dûment prouvé que le transporteur aérien précité a remédié aux manquements en matière de sécurité qui avaient été observés lors de deux inspections sur place effectuées par les autorités italiennes.
In light of the evidence provided by Tuninter and the authorities of Tunisia with responsibility for its regulatory oversight and further confirmation by Italy, it is considered that there is substantiated evidence that the safety deficiencies observed during two on-site inspections by the Italian authorities have been corrected by this carrier.

3. À l'importation, chacun des vins d'appellation d'origine en question doit être accompagné d'un certificat d'appellation d'origine émis par l'autorité algérienne, marocaine ou tunisienne compétente, conformément au modèle annexé au présent règlement, ou, à titre dérogatoire, d'un document VI 1 ou d'un extrait VI 2 annoté conformément à l'article 9 du règlement (CEE) n° 3590/85.
3. Each wine, of designated origin in question when imported, shall be accompanied either by a certificate of designation of origin, issued by the relevant Algerian/Moroccan/Tunisian authority or, by way of derogation, by a document VII or a VI 2 extract annotated in compliance with Article 9 of Regulation (EEC) No 3590/85, in accordance with the model annexed to this Regulation.
