(4) Subsequent to the adoption of provisional anti-dumping measures, one exporting producer in India, the exporting producers in Mexico and South Africa and the exporting producer in the Ukraine, in conjunction with the Ukrainian authorities, have also offered price undertakings in accordance with Article 8(1) of the Basic Regulation.

(8) Dans ces conditions, les engagements offerts par les autorités d'Ukraine, en liaison avec deux exportateurs ukrainiens, et par les deux exportateurs sud-africains étant considérés comme acceptables, l'enquête peut être close pour ce qui concerne les exportateurs d'Ukraine et d'Afrique du Sud en cause.
(8) Under these circumstances, the undertakings offered by the Ukrainian authorities, in conjunction with two Ukrainian exporters, and by the two South African exporters are considered acceptable and the investigation can, therefore, be terminated with respect to the Ukrainian and South African exporters concerned.

(3) Ayant été informées de ces conclusions, les autorités d'Ukraine, agissant conjointement avec deux exportateurs ukrainiens, et les deux exportateurs sud-africains, ont proposé à la Commission, conformément à l'article 10 du règlement (CEE) n° 2423/88, des engagements au sujet des prix pratiqués à l'importation dans la Communauté.
(3) Having been informed of these conclusions, the Ukrainian authorities, in conjunction with two Ukrainian exporters, and the two South African exporters, offered undertakings to the Commission with regard to the import prices in the Community pursuant to Article 10 of Regulation (EEC) No 2423/88.
