F. whereas Israeli settlements are illegal under international law and constitute a major obstacle to peace efforts while they are subsidised by the Israeli Government in the fields of taxation, housing, infrastructure, roads, access to water, education, health care etc.; whereas, in its judgment of 25 February 2010, the Court of Justice of the European Union took the view that products obtained in locations which had been placed under Israeli administration since 1967 did not qualify for the preferential treatment provided for under the EU-Israel Association Agreement and that the Israeli authorities were obliged to provide sufficient information under this agreement to enable the real origin of products to be determined;

D. considérant que l'Autorité palestinienne a répliqué que les accusations israéliennes concernant l'interruption des communications aériennes étaient fausses, en ajoutant que ni elle-même, ni les deux chaînes de télévision n'avaient reçu aucun avertissement des autorités israéliennes et que les deux chaînes n'étaient coupables d'aucune violation des accords entre Israël et l'Autorité palestinienne, alors que les raids israéliens avaient violé ces accords, qui disposent que de telles questions doivent être résolues par la consultation;
D. whereas the Palestinian Authority (PA) replied that the Israeli accusations concerning the interruption of flight communications were false, adding that neither itself nor the two television stations had received any warning from the Israeli authorities, and that the two stations were not guilty of any violation of the agreements between Israel and the PA, while the Israeli raids had breached those agreements, which require such issues to be resolved through consultation;
