Dans la mesure où les autorités belges soutiendraient qu’il s’agit d’une aide à la restructuration, il résulte du point 1 de la communication de la Commission concernant les aides au sauvetage et à la restructuration et les aides à la fermeture dans l’industrie sidérurgique (20) que les aides au sauvetage et à la restructuration d’entreprises en difficulté dans le secteur de la sidérurgie sont incompatibles avec le marché commun.
Insofar as the Belgian authorities were to argue that the aid is restructuring aid, point 1 of the Commission communication on rescue and restructuring aid and closure aid for the steel sector (20) makes it clear that rescue and restructuring aid for firms in difficulty in the steel industry is incompatible with the common market.
