Monsieur le Président, je suis moi aussi très heureux d'avoir l'occasion de parler du projet de loi C-42, que le gouvernement a été si empressé de nous présenter au Comité permanent des transports, de l'infrastructure et des collectivités à l'automne quand nous avons reçu des témoins, et au sujet duquel bien des questions sont demeurées sans réponse.
Mr. Speaker, I too am pleased to have a chance to speak to Bill C-42, which was portrayed by the government with such urgency to us on the Standing Committee on Transport, Infrastructure and Communities in the fall when we had witnesses in front of the committee with many unanswered questions about it.
