Il y a aussi une autre articulation qui nous préoccupe, c'est celle qui doit exister entre les travaux de la convention et le débat plus général qui se poursuivra et auquel prennent déjà part un nombre croissant d'associations, de groupes d'intérêt et de citoyens.
