50 (1) Aux fins de la présente loi, la pension payable à un prestataire selon l’une des Parties I à III est la pension autrement payable au prestataire sous le régime desdites Parties, plus tout montant dont ladite pension pouvait être augmentée en vertu du Décret C.P. 77/8785 du 26 septembre 1942, édicté selon la Loi sur les mesures de guerre, et ledit décret, aux fins de la présente loi, est censé avoir été édicté en vertu d’une disposition du présent article qui, au moment où le décret a été édicté, en autorisait l’établissement, et être resté en vigueur par la suite, à l’égard de tout service antérieur au 31 mars 1947 relativement auquel ladite augmentation était autorisée, nonobstant la révocation dudit décret le 31 mars 1947.
50 (1) For the purposes of this Act, the pension payable to a recipient under any of Parts I to III is the pension otherwise payable to the recipient thereunder, plus any amount by which that pension was, by Order in Council P.C. 77/8785 of the 26th day of September 1942 made under the War Measures Act, authorized to be augmented, which Order shall, for the purposes of this Act, be deemed to have been made under a provision of this section that, at the time when the Order was made, authorized the making thereof, and to have continued in effect thereafter, in respect of any service before the 31st day of March 1947 in respect of which such augmentation was authorized, notwithstanding the revocation of such Order on the 31st day of March 1947.

8 (1) Une augmentation ne doit être apportée selon la présente loi au taux annuel de la pension payable à un bénéficiaire aux termes de la Loi sur la pension du service civil que si la pension est payable à l’égard du temps passé dans le service civil et se trouvant au crédit de l’employé à qui elle est payable suivant ladite loi, ou relativement auquel elle est exigible en vertu de la loi en question.
8 (1) An increase shall be made pursuant to this Act in the annual rate of the pension payable to a recipient under the Civil Service Superannuation Act only where the pension is payable in respect of service in the Civil Service to the credit of the employee to or in respect of whom the pension is payable under that Act.

(2) Une augmentation ne doit être apportée selon la présente loi au taux annuel de la pension payable à un bénéficiaire aux termes de la Loi sur la pension de la Fonction publique que si la pension est payable à l’égard du service ouvrant droit à pension et se trouvant au crédit de l’employé à qui elle est payable suivant ladite loi, ou relativement auquel elle est exigible en vertu de la loi en question.
(2) An increase shall be made pursuant to this Act in the annual rate of the pension payable to a recipient under the Public Service Superannuation Act only where the pension is payable in respect of pensionable service to the credit of the employee to or in respect of whom the pension is payable under that Act.
