Madame la Présidente, alors que nous voulons faire ce qui s'impose pour les personnes ayant contracté l'hépatite C à la suite d'une transfusion de sang contaminé, je trouve extrêmement inquiétant que le ministre, qui était ici présent hier soir et qui, dans le cadre du débat exploratoire, a laissé entendre que c'est ce qu'il souhaitait lui aussi, décide aujourd'hui de voter contre une motion présentée à la Chambre et l'exhortant à faire exactement ce qu'il prétendait vouloir faire.
