(145) On the basis of the information available at this stage, the imposition of anti-dumping duties would probably result in a significant increase in the overall volume of Community production, since it is the strategy of the Community industry primarily to increase their sales volumes (and thus to lower their unit production cost), rather than to increase their prices, in order to further improve their competitiveness.
