TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

1. Les paragraphes 2, 3 et 4 du présent article s’appliquent lorsque le présent règlement ou les règles visées à l’article 1er, paragraphe 2, exigent que des attestations officielles soient délivrées par les opérateurs sous la surveillance officielle des autorités compétentes ou par les autorités compétentes elles-mêmes.
1. When this Regulation or the rules referred to in Article 1(2) require the issuance of official attestations by the operators under the official supervision of the competent authorities, or by the competent authorities themselves, paragraphs 2, 3 and 4 of this Article shall apply.

4. Les États membres veillent à ce que la lettre de notification visée au paragraphe 1 et l’attestation visée au paragraphe 3 soient fournies dans une langue usuelle dans la sphère financière internationale, sauf si l’État membre d’origine de l’OPCVM et l’État membre d’accueil de l’OPCVM conviennent que cette lettre de notification et cette attestation seront fournies dans une langue officielle des deux États membres.
4. Member States shall ensure that the notification letter referred to in paragraph 1 and the attestation referred to in paragraph 3 are provided in a language customary in the sphere of international finance, unless the UCITS home and host Member States agree to that notification letter and that attestation being provided in an official language of both Member States.
