(iv) Toute somme due à l’État au titre de sa souscription pourra rester impayée aussi longtemps que cet État ou le Gouvernement de tout territoire en relevant, ou toute subdivision politique ou service de l’une quelconque des entités précédentes, restera redevable à l’Association, en temps qu’emprunteur ou garant; de telles sommes pourront, au choix de l’Association, être imputées à l’une quelconque de ces dettes arrivées à échéance.
(iv) Any amount due to the government on account of its subscription may be withheld so long as that government, or the government of any territory included within its membership, or any political subdivision or any agency of any of the foregoing remains liable, as borrower or guarantor, to the Association, and such amount may, at the option of the Association, be applied against any such liability as it matures.
