J'ai été assez stupéfait lorsqu'il y a eu une menace sur la Colline et que des gens ont été contaminés, de constater jusqu'à quel point nous étions peu préparés, ici même à Ottawa, où je croyais que nous avions la meilleure protection, et sur la Colline, où, je croyais que nous avions les meilleures ressources pour faire face à ce genre de situation.
I was quite shocked, when there was a threat on the Hill and some people were contaminated, how it really pointed out how ill-prepared we are, even right here in Ottawa, which I understood had the best protection, and on the Hill, which you'd think would have the best resources to deal with things.
