S'agissant des capacités administratives, la Lituanie dispose désormais de capacités suffisantes, même si elles restent assez fragiles, garantissant une mise en oeuvre et un respect effectifs de l'acquis, notamment dans le domaine du marché intérieur et des diverses politiques communautaires.
As regards administrative capacity, Lithuania has achieved a sufficient, though still rather fragile, capacity to ensure effective implementation and enforcement of the acquis, notably in the area of internal market and the various Community policies.
