La Commission européenne a autorisé, en application du règlement UE sur les concentrations, la proposition de transfert vers Ashland-Südchemie Kernfest GmbH («ASK») de la plupart des activités liées aux produits consommables de fonderie de ses sociétés mères, Süd-Chemie AG («Süd-Chemie») et Ashland Inc («Ashland»).
The European Commission has cleared under the EU Merger Regulation the proposed transfer to Ashland-Südchemie Kernfest GmbH ("ASK") of most of the foundry consumable activities of its parent companies, Süd-Chemie AG ("Süd-Chemie") and Ashland Inc ("Ashland").
