Je mentionne en particulier la suppression de la séparation artificielle entre les politiques qui relèvent du premier pilier et celles qui relèvent du troisième pilier, ce qui aura pour effet, notamment, d'introduire la codécision et de soumettre à un véritable contrôle judiciaire des mesures qui, jusqu'ici, relevaient pour l'essentiel de la seule volonté du Conseil et se déployaient hors du champ de compétences de la Cour de justice européenne.
