La Commission procède, en outre, à une analyse qualitative afin d'établir la corrélation entre l'appui résultant du programme, mesuré à l'aune des informations fournies par ces indicateurs, et les réformes institutionnelles, administratives et structurelles de l'État membre bénéficiaire visant à renforcer la compétitivité, la productivité, la croissance, l'emploi, la cohésion et les investissements.
Furthermore, a qualitative analysis shall be undertaken by the Commission to establish the links between the support from the Programme, measured through the information from those indicators, and the institutional, administrative and structural reforms of the beneficiary Member State with a view to enhancing competitiveness, productivity, growth, jobs, cohesion and investment.
