La disposition de la loi du 22 juillet 2016 concernant la publication des décisions du Tribunal a été déclarée anticonstitutionnelle par le Tribunal constitutionnel dans sa décision du 11 août 2016, parce qu'elle va à l'encontre des principes de séparation et d'équilibre des pouvoirs et de l'indépendance des cours et tribunaux vis-à-vis des autres branches du pouvoir.
The provision of the Law of 22 July 2016 concerning the publication of judgments of the Tribunal was declared unconstitutional by the Constitutional Tribunal in its judgment of 11 August 2016 because of its inconsistency with the principles of the separation and balance of powers and the independence of courts and tribunals from other branches of power.
