TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

Le 14 août 2014, la Commission européenne (ci-après la «Commission») a annoncé, par un avis publié au Journal officiel de l'Union européenne (2) (ci-après l'«avis d'ouverture»), l'ouverture d'une procédure antisubventions concernant les importations dans l'Union de produits plats laminés à froid en aciers inoxydables originaires de la République populaire de Chine (ci-après la «procédure antisubventions»).
On 14 August 2014 the European Commission (‘the Commission’) announced by a notice published in the Official Journal of the European Union (2) (‘the Notice of initiation’), the initiation of an anti-subsidy proceeding with regard to imports into the Union of stainless steel cold-rolled flat products originating in the People's Republic of China (‘the anti-subsidy proceeding’).

Compte tenu de ce qui précède, il convient de mettre fin à l'enregistrement des importations aux fins de l'enquête antisubventions, conformément à l'article 24, paragraphe 5, du règlement antisubventions de base.
In view of the above, the registration of imports for the purpose of the anti-subsidy investigation in accordance with Article 24(5) of the basic anti-subsidy Regulation should be discontinued.
