To buffer the effects of the restructuring process in Member States which have granted the restructuring aid provided for in Council Regulation (EC) No 320/2006 of 20 February 2006 establishing a temporary scheme for the restructuring of the sugar industry in the Community , the aid foreseen for sugar beet and cane producers for a maximum of five consecutive years should be maintained.

15.
