Notes that project stakeholders (ITER organisation and the domestic agencies – including Fusion for Europe) have recognised that the current schedule and budget is not realistic, as confirmed by several independent assessments in the last two years (2013-2014); requests to receive a copy of the revised schedule and budget which will be submitted to the ITER Council in June 2015; is concerned by the regular delays in the ITER programme which questions its efficiency and effectiveness; is deeply concerned by the overcosts, which have impacted upon the cost-effectiveness of the programme and put other Union programmes in jeopardy, mainly in the research policy area;

Expresses its commitment to regularly monitoring developments in Macao after 20 December 1999, on the basis of close exchange of information and interinstitutional cooperation, analysing and debating the regular reports to be submitted and evaluating developments in the area of rights, freedoms and guarantees and all aspects of current circumstances related to Macao, in the context of the changing shape of international relations as regards the Far East and the new prospects being opened up in that region in all the abovementioned spheres, and also any new circumstances that may arise from China's entry into the WTO and the qualitative evolution and/or alteration of its relations with the US;

De prélever et analyser les combinaisons de produits et de résidus de pesticides établies à l'annexe I A, sur la base du nombre d'échantillons de chaque produit prévu pour chaque État membre à l'annexe I B, en veillant, le cas échéant, à refléter la part nationale, communautaire et des pays tiers sur le marché de l'État membre; pour un pesticide au moins, présentant éventuellement un risque aigu, un des produits sera soumis à une analyse individuelle des éléments de l'échantillon composite: deux échantillons d'un nombre approprié d'éléments seront prélevés, provenant si possible d'un seul producteur; si le premier échantillon composite révèle un niveau décelable de pesticide, les éléments du deuxième échantillon seront analysés individuellement; en 2001, cette analyse portera notamment sur les combinaisons phorate/pommes de terre et/ou méthidathion/pommes.
Sample and analyse for the product/pesticide residue combinations set out in Annex IA, on the basis of the number of samples of each product allocated to each Member State in Annex IB, reflecting as appropriate, national, Community and third country share of the Member State's market; for at least one pesticide possibly posing an acute risk, one of the products will be subjected to individual analysis of the items in the composite sample: two samples of an appropriate number of items will be taken, where possible the produce of a single producer; if in the first, composite sample a detectable level of the pesticide is found, the items of the second sample will be analysed individually; in 2001 this will include the combination phorate/potatoes and/or metidathion/apples.

1. de prélever et d'analyser les combinaisons de produits et de résidus de pesticides établies à l'annexe I, sur la base d'un objectif de douze échantillons de chaque produit, en veillant, le cas échéant, à refléter la part nationale, celle de l'EEE et celle des pays tiers sur le marché de l'État de l'AELE; pour un pesticide au moins, présentant éventuellement un risque aigu, un des produits sera soumis à une analyse individuelle des éléments de l'échantillon composite: deux échantillons d'un nombre approprié d'éléments seront prélevés, provenant si possible d'un seul producteur; si le premier échantillon composite révèle un niveau décelable de pesticides, les éléments du deuxième échantillon seront analysés individuellement; en 2000, cette analyse portera notamment sur les combinaisons concombres/méthamidophos et/ou poires/chlormequat;
