La Commission européenne a autorisé, en application du règlement CE sur les concentrations, le projet d’acquisition de l'opérateur allemand de télévision à péage Premiere AG par la société américaine News Corporation (News Corp), sous réserve d'engagements garantissant l'accès des tiers à la plateforme satellitaire de Premiere.
The European Commission has cleared under the EU Merger Regulation the proposed acquisition of Germany's pay-TV operator Premiere AG by News Corporation (News Corp) of the US, subject to commitments which ensure third party access to Premiere's satellite platform.
