Quant à trouver une formule d'amendement ou à amender cette motion, selon mon expérience à la Chambre, qui n'est ni aussi vaste ni aussi profonde que celle du député d'en face, chaque fois qu'un député n'arrive pas à attaquer l'objet d'une motion, il propose un amendement afin de s'en prendre indirectement à son objet, de créer de la confusion et de dérouter tout le monde.
As far as an amending formula or amending this motion, it has been my experience in the House, which is not as broad or as deep as that of the member opposite, that whenever people cannot fight the intent of a motion logically they start amending it to destroy its intent, to confuse, to obfuscate.
