La Commission européenne a donné son feu vert à la prise de contrôle du voyagiste allemand Frosch Touristik GmbH (FTI) par l'entreprise de tourisme britannique Airtours plc. Celle-ci détient depuis 1998 déjà une participation de 38,8 % dans FTI, participation qui a été approuvée (le 25.2.2000) par l'Office fédéral allemand des ententes (Bundeskartellamt).
The European Commission has approved the full take-over of the German tour operator Frosch Touristik GmbH (FTI) by the British travel firm Airtours plc, which has held a 38.8% share in FTI since 1998 (approved by the Federal Cartels Office on 25.2.2000).
