1. The amendments necessary for adapting to scientific and technical progress the identification system (as referred to in Article 8(2) and Article 10, second paragraph, last indent) and the formats relating to the database system (as referred to in Article 12(3) and Annex III) shall be adopted in accordance with the regulatory procedure referred to in Article 21(2).

Pour l'application du deuxième alinéa, dernier tiret, les autorités ou organes visés au premier alinéa communiquent aux autorités compétentes qui ont divulgué les informations l'identité et le mandat précis des personnes à qui elles seront transmises.
In order to implement the final indent of the second subparagraph, the authorities or bodies referred to in the first subparagraph shall communicate to the competent authorities which have disclosed the information the names and precise responsibilities of the persons to whom it is to be sent.

Afin d’éviter une différence de traitement entre les États membres de la Communauté dans sa composition au 30 avril 2004 et les États membres qui ont adhéré au 1er mai 2004 en ce qui concerne le financement des mesures agro-environnementales dans les zones relevant de l’objectif no 1, il convient d’aligner, à compter de ladite date d’adhésion, le taux de participation financière applicable pour ces derniers États membres sur celui applicable pour les premiers conformément à l’article 47, paragraphe 2, deuxième alinéa, troisième tiret, du règlement (CE) no 1257/1999.
In order to prevent any difference in treatment between the Member States that made up the Community at 30 April 2004 and the Member States which joined on 1 May 2004 as regards the financing of agri-environmental measures in the areas covered by Objective 1, the rate of the financial contribution applicable to the latter should be brought into line with that applicable to the former as from the date of accession, in accordance with the third indent of the second subparagraph of Article 47(2) of Regulation (EC) No 1257/1999.
