Par dérogation au paragraphe 1 et pour prendre en considération les méthodes de production traditionnelles, les termes composés énumérés à l'article 1er, alinéa 2ter, point 31 peuvent être utilisés dans la présentation de liqueurs élaborées dans la Communauté dans les conditions énoncées sous ledit point.
3. By way of derogation from paragraph 1 and in order to take account of traditional production methods, the compound terms listed in point 31 of Article 1(2b) may be used in the presentation of liqueurs produced in the Community under the conditions set out in that point.
