2. Member States shall ensure that the ratio of areas of permanent grassland to the total agricultural area declared by the farmers in accordance with point (a) of the first subparagraph of Article 72(1) of Regulation (EU) No 1306/2013 does not decrease by more than 5 % compared to a reference ratio to be established by Member States in 2015 by dividing areas of permanent grassland referred to in point (a) of the second subparagraph of this paragraph by the total agricultural area referred to in point (b) of that subparagraph.

4. For types of operations where a potential contribution to focus areas referred to in Article 5, first paragraph, point (2)(a), Article 5, first paragraph, points (5)(a) to (d), and Article 5, first paragraph, point(6)(a) of Regulation (EU) No 1305/2013 is identified in the table referred to in point 11(c) of Part 1 of Annex I to this Regulation, the electronic record of the operations referred to in Article 70 of Regulation (EU) No 1305/2013 shall include flag(s) to identify those cases where the operation has a component contributing to one or more of those focus areas.

6. 6. By way of derogation from points (d) and (e) of the first subparagraph of paragraph 1, Member States shall have the option of excluding from the definition of interest payment any income referred to in those provisions distributed by undertakings or entities or investment funds or schemes having fund rules or instruments of incorporation governed by their law where the direct or indirect investment of such undertakings, entities, funds or schemes in debt claims referred to in point (a) of that subparagraph or in securities referred to in point (b) of that subparagraph has not exceeded 15 % of their assets.
