Il importe de mentionner tous les aspects de la fabrication de ces produits (aromatisation, adjonction éventuelle d'alcool, édulcoration et coloration) de façon à aligner le texte des définitions sur le contenu des annexes I et II. Enfin, il convient de dire que l'ajout d'alcool est autorisé pour les vins aromatisés mais non pour les autres catégories de produits, sauf si une exception est faite spécialement dans les définitions figurant à l'annexe II.
It is important to mention all aspects of the manufacture of aromatised wine products (aromatisation, addition of alcohol where applicable, sweetening and colouring), so as to bring the text of the definitions into line with the respective content of Annexes I and II. Lastly, it should be stated that the addition of alcohol is allowed for aromatised wines but not for other product categories, except those for which a specific exception is made in the definitions set out in Annex II.

The derogation contained in the second paragraph of Article 180 of this Regulation shall apply to aid payments granted by Germany in the existing national framework of the German Alcohol Monopoly (“the Monopoly”) for products marketed after further transformation by the Monopoly as ethyl alcohol of agricultural origin listed in Annex I to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union (TFEU).
