Le 11 août 2008, la Commission a reçu notification, conformément à l'article 4 du règlement (CE) no 139/2004 du Conseil (1), d'un projet de concentration par lequel les entreprises Diehl Stiftung Co. KG («Diehl», Allemagne) et Thales S.A («Thales», France) acquièrent, au sens de l'article 3, paragraphe 1, point b), du règlement du Conseil, le contrôle en commun du site de production de Laupheim («Laupheim», Allemagne) appartenant à Airbus Deutschland GmbH («Airbus», Allemagne) par achat d'actions.
On 11 August 2008, the Commission received a notification of a proposed concentration pursuant to Article 4 of Council Regulation (EC) No 139/2004 (1) by which the undertakings Diehl Stiftung Co. KG (‘Diehl’, Germany) and Thales, SA (‘Thales’, France) acquire within the meaning of Article 3(1)(b) of the Council Regulation joint control of the Laupheim manufacturing site (‘Laupheim’, Germany) belonging to Airbus Deutschland GmbH (‘Airbus’, Germany) by way of purchase of assets.
