- l'approbation (équivalent à une ratification), au nom de la Communauté, de cet acte de droit international, d'une part; c'est ce que le Conseil vient de décider; -l'adaptation de la législation communautaire relative aux transferts de déchets à la convention ainsi amendée; ceci a déjà été fait par le règlement (CE) n 120/97 du Conseil du 20 janvier 1997 modifiant le règlement (CEE) n 259/93 concernant la surveillance et le contrôle des transferts de déchets à l'intérieur, à l'entrée et à la sortie de la Communauté européenne.
–the approval (equivalent to ratification), on behalf of the Community, of that act of international law, which is what the Council has just decided; –the adaptation of Community legislation on the transfer of waste to the amended Convention; that has already been done by Council Regulation (EC) No 120/97 of 20 January 1997 amending Regulation (EEC) No 259/93 on the supervision and control of shipments of waste within, into and out of the European Community.
