18. condamne l'intervention d'un fonctionnaire de l'Office de liaison chinois qui a menacé les sociétés de Hong Kong faisant du commerce avec des sociétés de Taiwan que la RPC estime être pour l'indépendance; estime que ceci est contraire à la loi fondamentale et se félicite en conséquence de ce que tant le chef de l'exécutif que le secrétaire général de l'administration de la RAS de Hong Kong aient vigoureusement critiqué cette intervention;
18. Condemns the intervention of an official from the Chinese Liaison Office, who threatened Hong Kong companies that trade with Taiwanese firms which the PRC deemed to be pro-independence; and believing that this is in breach of the Basic Law, therefore welcomes the strong criticism of the intervention expressed by both the Chief Executive and Chief Secretary of the HKSAR administration;
